Our support software is an adaptation of an open source system, where our workflow, escalation matrix & email/mobile alerts are inbuilt.

In most cases though, you can just call a specialist allocated for your account on his/ her mobile number. No wait time, no escalations! Our team will then update the support ticket in our system & follow up the case till its resolved.
